Setting Up Your DRYADTM Account:
- Provide the following information to DRYAD Support:
a. First and Last Name
b. Mobile Number
c. Email Address - You will receive an email from the DRYAD Support team letting you know your account is ready to be activated
Activating Your DRYAD Account:
- After you receive confirmation from DRYAD Support that your account is ready to be activated, visit the DRYAD Setup page

- Enter the email address and mobile number you provided to DRYAD Support and click Submit
- You will see the following page upon successful submission:

- You will receive an email from DRYAD Account

- Click on the Validate Account button to continue. You will be taken your Validate Account page:

- Create a new strong password only to be used for DRYAD meeting the complexity requirements shown on the page
- You will also need to enter the validation code sent to the mobile number you registered with DRYAD Support

- Once you have entered the validation code and created a new password, click the Submit button

- You will be taken to the Finalize Account page. Please make note of your case-sensitive username (see screenshot below)

- Scan the QR code with your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) app of choice to sync it to your DRYAD Account
Logging In to DRYAD:
- Visit the DRYAD Login page

- Enter your username (case-sensitive) and password

- Enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) code from your MFA application

- Press Submit
DRYAD Password Reset
- To reset your password, please reach out to DRYAD Support and provide the following information:
a. First and Last Name
b. Mobile Number
c. Email Address - You will receive an email from the DRYAD Support team letting you know your password is ready to be reset

NOTE: The link in the email will be valid for 60 minutes
- Click on the “Continue White Oak Security DRYAD Password Reset” link to continue. You will be taken your Password Reset page:

- Enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) code from your MFA application

- Click on the Submit button to continue. You will be taken your Password Reset page:

- Create a new strong password only to be used for DRYAD meeting the complexity requirements shown on the page
- You will see the following page upon successful submission:

MFA Reset
- To reset your MFA token, please reach out to DRYAD Support
Password Change
- To reset your password, select the Password Reset link from the menu in the upper left corner:

- You will be taken to the Change Password page:

- Enter your current password, and then create a new strong password only to be used for DRYAD meeting the complexity requirements shown on the page
- You will also need to enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) code from your MFA application:

- Click on the Change button to continue. A notification will appear at the bottom of the screen:
